What does it mean to be a Profit Partner?
Being a Profit Partner means that we will pay you a 10-30% commission on the basic setup and monthly hosting fees for any customers that you have referred to us and who have signed up for a hosting account. You can also refer new affiliates to us and you will earn a 5% commission on any sales they generate. Commissions are payable for the first 12 months that each referred account is open.

What is a "sub-affiliate"?
A sub-affiliate is somebody who joins our Profit Partner affiliate program after being referred to us by you. You will receive a 5% commission on all sales made by your sub-affiliates. Your sub-affiliates can refer new affiliates to us too, and you will also receive a 5% commission on the sales generated by those sub-affiliates. This continues for five levels, with you being at level 1. You earn a 5% commission on sales generated by the full "family tree" of sub-affiliates.

Does it cost anything to join?
No. There is no cost to join our program.

Do I need to be a KangaWeb customer?
No. You do however need to sign up one account (either for yourself or a referred customer) before you will be eligible for commissions on all subsequent referrals.

How do you know if someone has been referred by me?
Please see our How It Works page for full details of how we track your referrals to ensure that you receive any relevant commissions.

Do I need my own web site?
No, while it is useful to have your own website when marketing web hosting services, it is not a requirement of our Profit Partner affiliate program. For you to receive the commission for a referral, when the customer is placing the order, they simply need to quote your Affiliate ID when prompted on the order form. We will take care of the rest. How much commission will I receive?

How and when will you pay me?
Your commission will be added to your account each time the referred client makes a payment for their web hosting. Typically this is when they initially sign up and every three months following. When your outstanding commission has reached $130 you can then invoice us for the outstanding amount. Invoicing us is easy with our automated Invoice Generator. Alternatively, you can use your own invoice. Please review our brief list of what we require for your invoice to be valid. Within 7 days of receiving your valid invoice, we will transfer your payment directly into your Paypal account (Verified Business Account or Verified Premier Account - it is free to sign up with PayPal) so you can access the funds immediately.

How can I find out how much commission I have earned?
You can access your affiliate statistics online 24 hours a day. They are updated promptly and will provide you with quick feedback regarding your different marketing approaches. You can also access statistics from previous months so you can monitor your progress over time.

What terms and conditions apply to the Affiliate Program?
